Salon Policy

Starting January 1st 2023 our salon has the following policies!

When you schedule your appointment, in order to confirm your appointment you will need to fill out the Studio Balayage Client Waiver Form. This form will be sent to your phone in a text message.

We do require a Debit/Credit card to be on file at all times.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time there is a 50% charge of your appointment total.

If you No call/ No show your appointment there is a 75% charge of your appointment total.

Your Debit/Credit card on file will be charged if our cancellation policy is broken. You will receive a email if this were to happen.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable and must be used within 6 months of purchase date.

There is a no refund policy, if any client has a problem with their service they received, you must contact your stylist within 24 hours of your service and we will figure out a solution.

We do accept Cash, Venmo, Check & Cards. If using a card, there is an added 5% Service Charge to cover any processing fees.
